His practice is supported by a team of experienced financial planning professionals. Pat has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout the years Pat has been devoted to maintaining high ethical standards while developing sound financial strategies for business and individuals alike. Our financial planners oversee more than $250 million dollars in assets (as of January 7, 2025) representing individual and business financial solutions. Pat focuses on integrating business and personal financial planning in order to connect a client’s wealth to their life events.
Pat and his wife have three children. Pat enjoys playing golf, boating and spending quality time with his family.
Pat is FINRA series 7 and 63 licensed. He is licensed as a life, health and variable annuity agent. Pat received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation in 1998.

Chris graduated with a degree in Finance from Marist College and has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry.
Chris is FINRA series 7 and 63 licensed. He is licensed as a life, health and variable annuity agent. Chris received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation in 2008.
Chris is a devoted husband and father and lives in Centerport, NY. Chris enjoys playing golf and ice hockey, traveling and hiking throughout the country.
Paul Michaluk CRPC®

Paul A. Michaluk, CRPC® is a Financial Advisor with Full Spectrum Financial Solutions in Jericho, NY. Paul began his career in the financial service industry over 27 years ago on the American Stock Exchange. While there, he serviced professional traders, and institutional clients, with equity and option trading strategies. His years of experience and acquired skills have helped Paul transition to working with individuals, families and businesses in planning for their financial independence. Prior to joining Full Spectrum, Paul was with Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley for over ten years.
His passion for building long term relationships with his clients is evidenced by his understanding that each client is unique. Paul engages in meaningful conversations to gain a better appreciation of what is important to his clients. He aims to create a suitable financial plan and investment strategy. This approach is critical to help clients remain focused regardless of market conditions.
Paul graduated from Long Island University - CW Post, with a BA in Finance and Economics. He focuses on Retirement Planning (accumulation and distribution years) and Investment Management (with an emphasis on asset allocation strategies and risk management). He currently holds a CRPC® designation, Series 7, Series 66, and life and health insurance licenses.
Paul has a certain zest for life and his driving force is his commitment and passion to both his family and his career as a Financial Advisor.

Mikayla is a recent graduate of SUNY Old Westbury, where she earned a degree in Politics, Law, and Economics, with a minor in Pre-Law. With a strong academic background and a passion for continuous learning, Mikayla is excited to apply her skills and knowledge at Full Spectrum, where she thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
As Office Administrator, Mikayla plays a key role in fostering a positive and efficient work atmosphere. She is dedicated to supporting her colleagues and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Mikayla takes pride in delivering exceptional client support, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring that clients have a seamless experience with the company. Her strong communication skills, customer-focused approach, and ability to multitask make her an invaluable resource for both the team and clients.
Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Mikayla enjoys embracing the vibrant energy of city life. Outside of work, she’s preparing to welcome a new feline friend into her home—adding even more joy and companionship to her already fulfilling life.
